The 4 Towns Citizens Action Team grieves the recent loss of activist vice-president Earl C. Whitlock, who died unexpectedly May 6, 2007. Earl’s contribution to 4TCAT will be sorely missed.

Earl’s extensive knowledge of transportation affairs will be missing from the many Commerce Township Board meetings and DDA meetings he regularly attended, keeping the group fully informed of activities that would impact the lakes communities (Commerce, Waterford, West Bloomfield and White Lake).

He was a fine man, husband, father, grandfather and citizen.
