MyMichigan.org:
A "how-to" guide

By Jennifer Paul, MEC Computer Assistant

Are you upset about urban sprawl in your community? Do you feel helpless in the face of new road projects and other new developments? Are members of your community rallying together but need more support? Have you ever wanted to help but didn't know how? A new web-based tool called www.MyMichigan.org can help. The web site was created to provide local land use advocates a place to come together to share the information and strategies they use to protect the places and people that make Michigan special.

With your help, the MyMichigan.org web site will continue to grow and provide a wealth of shared information and advocacy tools to help you develop and sustain energy in the movement to create better land use policy. It provides answers to land use questions and helps connect you with other people facing these issues all across the state.
